1. Digital Document Delivery (Default Method)

  1. Most of our services involve digital delivery via email or messaging apps (e.g., WhatsApp).
  2. Documents include:

  4. Hotel Booking Confirmations
  5. Tour Itineraries
  6. Invoices and Receipts
  7. Soft copies of Visa Approvals (if applicable)
  8. These are typically sent within 24–72 hours after payment confirmation or booking finalization.

2. Physical Document Delivery (Optional / When Required)

For certain services, especially visa documents, passports, or original papers, physical delivery may be required. In such cases:

  1. Documents may be shipped using trusted courier services (e.g., DHL, FedEx, Sundarban, SA Paribahan, etc.)
  2. Delivery time depends on location (typically 2–5 business days within Bangladesh, and 5–10 days for international shipments)
  3. Shipping charges may apply and will be communicated during the booking or visa process

3. Delivery Responsibility

  1. Helpline Tours and Travels Ltd. is not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party courier services.
  2. Once documents are handed over to the courier, tracking details will be shared with the client.
  3. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the delivery address and to be available to receive the parcel.

4. International Document Shipping

  1. For clients outside Bangladesh (e.g., Malaysia or India), physical document delivery will be handled through international courier services.
  2. Delivery timelines, customs delays, and courier fees may vary depending on the country.
  3. Tracking numbers will be provided where applicable.

5. Urgent Delivery Requests

  1. For urgent document dispatch, express shipping options may be available upon request at an additional cost.
  2. Please contact us in advance if urgent delivery is required.

6. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

  1. If a courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address or unavailability, the client may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
