Return Policy

At Helpline Tours and Travels Ltd., we understand that travel plans may change. Our Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations across our services, subject to provider rules and operational timelines.
Please note: “Return” in this context refers to cancellation of booked services. It does not apply to the return of physical goods.
1. Visa Processing Services
- All visa service bookings are non-returnable and non-cancellable once the application process has started.
- Fees for embassy submission, documentation, and consultation are non-refundable.
- Visa rejection by the embassy does not qualify for return or cancellation.
2. Air / Bus / Train Ticket Bookings
- Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before departure (depending on the carrier’s policy).
- Some fares (especially promotional or discounted) may be non-cancellable.
- Cancellation is subject to the terms and penalties set by the airline, bus, or train company.
3. Tour Packages (Domestic & International)
- Cancellations made:
- 15 days or more before departure: Eligible for return with applicable deductions.
- 7–14 days before departure: Partial return may be available, subject to deductions.
- Less than 7 days before departure: No return allowed.
- Components such as flight tickets or hotel bookings that are non-cancellable will not be returned.
4. Hajj & Umrah Packages
- Once booking is confirmed and the visa is issued, no return or cancellation is allowed.
- If travel is not possible due to external circumstances (e.g., government restrictions), refunds will be assessed case-by-case, based on what is recoverable.
5. Hotel Bookings
- Return (cancellation) eligibility depends on the hotel’s policy.
- Generally:
- 72+ hours before check-in: Return may be accepted.
- Less than 72 hours: Often non-returnable.
- Non-refundable hotel deals are not eligible for return.
6. Rent-A-Car Services
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled pick-up to be eligible for return.
- No return is available for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
- Prepaid fuel or toll charges are not returnable once the service has begun.

Important Notes
- All return requests are subject to third-party terms (airlines, hotels, embassies, etc.).
- Administrative and service fees are non-returnable.
- Approval of return requests does not guarantee a refund — please refer to our Refund Policy separately.
