Please read this policy carefully before making or cancelling any booking.

1. General Terms

  4. Refunds for cancelled services will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
  5. Any third-party cancellation charges (from airlines, hotels, embassies, etc.) will apply.

2. Visa Processing Services

  1. Once a visa application has been submitted, cancellation is not allowed.
  2. Visa fees and service charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  3. If a cancellation is requested before submission, partial charges may still apply for documentation or consultancy work already completed.

3. Air, Bus & Train Ticketing

  1. Cancellation is subject to the fare rules of the airline or transport operator.
  2. Some ticket types (e.g., promotional fares) are non-cancellable.
  3. Cancellation deadlines vary by provider (typically 24–72 hours before departure).
  4. A cancellation fee will apply based on the carrier’s policy.

4. Tour Packages (Domestic & International)

  1. Cancellations made:
  2. 15+ days before travel: Eligible for partial cancellation with deductions.
  3. 7–14 days before travel: Partial refund may apply, depending on supplier policies.
  4. Less than 7 days before travel: No cancellation or refund possible.
  5. Flight and hotel components within the package may be non-cancellable, depending on supplier rules.

5. Hajj & Umrah Packages

  1. Cancellation is not permitted once visa is issued or booking is confirmed.
  2. If travel is disrupted by external factors (e.g., government restrictions), refunds will only be processed based on recoverable amounts from airlines, hotels, and agents.

6. Hotel Bookings

  1. Cancellation policies vary by hotel and booking type:
  2. Standard bookings: Can usually be cancelled up to 72 hours before check-in.
  3. Non-refundable bookings: Cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  4. Hotel-imposed cancellation fees will apply where applicable.

7. Rent-A-Car Services

  1. Cancellations made:
  2. 24 hours or more before scheduled time: Allowed with minor deductions.
  3. Less than 24 hours before: No cancellation; full charge applies.
  4. Once the vehicle has been dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.

8. Force Majeure (Unavoidable Circumstances)

In cases where services are cancelled due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, pandemics, government bans, or civil unrest:

  1. We will attempt to cancel and recover costs from third parties.
  2. Any refund will be based on actual recoverable amounts, not the full paid amount.
