1. General Conditions for Refunds

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  1. Visa processing fees (Travel, Work, Student, Medical)
  2. Hajj & Umrah package payments after visa issuance
  3. Service/administrative charges
  4. No-show bookings or last-minute cancellations
  5. Non-refundable flight or hotel reservations as defined by the provider

3. Refundable Services (If Applicable)

Refunds may be issued for:

  1. Air / Bus / Train Tickets
  2. Subject to carrier’s fare rules and cancellation charges.
  3. Refundable only if the fare type allows it.
  4. Tour Packages
  5. Partial refunds may be granted depending on cancellation time (as per Return Policy).
  6. Non-refundable components (flights, hotels, etc.) will be deducted.
  7. Hotel Bookings
  8. If the hotel’s cancellation policy allows a refund, we will process it accordingly.
  9. Rent-A-Car Services
  10. Refunds are allowed if cancelled at least 24 hours before scheduled use.

4. Refund Timeline

  1. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 to 30 business days.
  2. Timeframes may vary depending on third-party processing (airlines, hotels, etc.).
  3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only (bank, card, mobile wallet, etc.).

5. Deductions & Charges

Refunds will be issued after deduction of:

  1. Non-refundable portions of the service
  2. Cancellation charges (imposed by airlines, hotels, or partners)
  3. Bank transfer fees or transaction processing fees (if applicable)
  4. Administrative fees (if applicable)

6. Force Majeure / Government Restrictions

In cases of travel disruption due to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or government-imposed travel bans:

  1. Refunds will be processed only if our service partners approve them.
  2. Non-refundable service components remain non-refundable, unless otherwise stated by the provider.
